Aiea Public Library is hosting a FREE presentation called “Paying for College without Going Broke.” College is both important and expensive. College planning specialist Manuel Fabriquer will discuss free grant money, financial aid, hidden scholarships and college savings plans. Space is limited, so registration is required.
