Restorative Partner Yoga

Enjoy restorative yoga with a friend or partner! This relaxing practice is designed to relieve stress and foster a sense of connection. Amanda will guide simple partner poses, massage techniques and hands-on adjustments that you can try with each other. Eye cloths with essential oils will be offered in savasana, and you are welcome to stay and share tea at the end of the class. No yoga experience necessary.
