Ready to practice standing without your feet? Then this workshop is for you. Learners will explore subtleties of basic-level hand balances and inversions. Yoga poses will be broken down into doable steps to bring confidence and success to getting up, staying up, and coming out of the postures. This workshop is designed for students with an existing beginner or intermediate yoga practice and no significant limitations or injuries.
