Join Catherine Southern in exploring techniques to foster greater breath and body awareness, build self efficiency in regards to alleviating and managing pain and gentle yoga to increase comfortable range of movement. Each class will incorporate aspects of pranayama (breath work) and asana (physical postures), sound (mantra recitation) and guided meditation, all which have been shown in studies to favorably
influence chronic pain. You will leave these classes
feeling more at ease and in control of the quality
of your life.
