Sponsored by The Friends of the Libraries, Kona (F.O.L.K.), the Community Seed Library invites you to a program with Jill Wagner of the Hawai'i Island Native Seed Bank. After her presentation, “The Life of the Soil”, Jill will moderate our second Round Table for questions on any gardening subject.
Jill is an ethnobotanist who earned her BA degree from the University of Hawai'i at Hilo. She has taught Hawaiian horticulture, restoration, and taxonomy for many years. She grows Native Hawaiian species for restoration, and has a deep commitment to supporting the good health of Hawaiian ecosystems.
