Courtney Ramm is the founder of RammDance, a new modern dance company on Oahu . She has been dancing all of her life, having trained and performed professionally in New York City for over 20 years. She loves sharing her passion and love of dance, and believes that dance truly has the power to transform!Experience the joy of movement in this easy-to-follow, beginner-friendly movement class which incorporates classical dance styles such as ballet, Isadora Duncan (early modern dance), and Limon technique. Accessible to ALL ages and experience levels. This workshop will connect your body, mind, and spirit through flowing, natural movements and beautiful classical music. Full-body movements, breathing, fitness, and fun! You will feel energized and rejuvenated after Move, Dance, Flow!
