International singer/songwriter Neil Sedaka Neil Sedaka will return to Honolulu on Saturday, April 2nd at 8:00pm for a concert at Blaisdell Concert Hall, with his very special guest, Hawaii’s own Yvonne Elliman.
Throughout his sixty years of writing, performing and producing music, Neil has gifted the world with more than 500 songs and inspired countless musicians to pursue their dreams in the music industry. In addition to his own list of chart-toppers, Sedaka has penned hits for Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, Connie Francis, Tom Jones, The Monkees, LaVern Baker, The Carpenters, Clay Aiken and Captain & Tennille.
Among his many honors, Neil has been inducted into the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame and was given a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Hawaii-born Yvonne Elliman, of “Jesus Christ Superstar” and “Saturday Night Fever” fame, is known for several Top 40 hits – “I Don’t Know How To Love Him,” “If I Can’t Have You,” “Hello Stranger,” “Love Me,” “I Can’t Get You Outta My Mind” and “Love Pains.”
