LOVE YOUR OCEAN Clean up! Come participate in a SURFRIDER hosted event to clean up our WAILOA park to avoid trash ending up in the river and ocean. We will gather to pick up trash, followed by a refreshment meet and greet. Come be a part of the solution, join and learn more about becoming part of hilos SURFRIDER Chapter! Are you a member? Come sign up and get a free reusable bag!!
Team up Clean up!! Keikis Welcome!! Bring water, a hat or sunscreen in a non disposable container. Refereshments will be provided so bring your cup!
Look for the blue Surfrider tent and Banner. We will be set up on the grass near the Bridge closest to the parking lot, by the Civic entrance side of the park. We will have some small awards for attendees in a “most interesting piece of trash collected” contest. Shirt giveaways brught to you by Hilo Surfboard Co.
